This website, myfitnessapp.app (the “Site”), is operated by Fitness With Mikey LLC, doing business as MyFitnessApp (“MyFitnessApp”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us any time at support@myfitnessapp.app.

MyFitnessApp is building a marketplace that connects people who want to train with fitness professionals — trainers, gyms, studios, and nutritionists. The product has not launched yet. This Site exists to describe what we’re building and to let you join our waitlist.

Joining the waitlist does not create an account, cost anything, or oblige you to anything. It also isn’t a guarantee: a place on the waitlist does not promise access, timing, pricing, or that any feature described on the Site will exist at launch. Product features shown on the Site are illustrations of what we are building and may change.

When you join the waitlist you give us your name, email address, and the role you expect to join as. In return, we’ll email you about the waitlist, early access, and launch news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from future emails — no hard feelings. Please only submit your own information.

Don’t misuse the Site: no attempts to disrupt or overload it, no scraping at scale, no probing for vulnerabilities, no submitting information that isn’t yours, and no unlawful use of any kind.

The Site and everything on it — the MyFitnessApp name, logo, design, copy, and imagery — belong to Fitness With Mikey LLC or its licensors. We don’t grant you any license to use them, other than viewing the Site as intended.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fitness With Mikey LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to US $100.

We may update these terms as the product evolves (for example, when the full marketplace launches with its own terms). The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
