Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum we need to run a waitlist: your name, your email, and the role you pick. We use it to tell you about MyFitnessApp’s launch. We never sell your data. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete everything at any time by emailing support@myfitnessapp.app.

The data controller is Fitness With Mikey LLC, doing business as MyFitnessApp. Contact: support@myfitnessapp.app.

Waitlist form: name, email address, the role you select (guest, trainer, gym or studio, nutritionist), and the time you signed up.

Technical basics: like almost every website, our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

Ad measurement: we advertise MyFitnessApp (for example on ChatGPT), and this Site uses the OpenAI Ads measurement pixel to tell us when an ad leads to a waitlist signup. The pixel sets a first-party cookie holding an anonymous ad-click identifier, and when you join the waitlist we report that signup to OpenAI together with a hashed (unreadable) version of your email address — never your raw email, name, or role. We use this only to measure and improve our ads. Blocking it with standard browser tools or ad blockers doesn’t affect the waitlist in any way.

To manage the waitlist, to email you about early access and launch (tailored to the role you picked — trainers hear about hosting, guests about training), and to plan launch capacity. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

We use a small set of processors to run the waitlist:

• Google (Google Sheets) — stores the waitlist entries.
• Customer.io — sends our waitlist and launch emails.
• Vercel — hosts this website.
• Cloudflare — provides DNS for our domain.
• OpenAI (Ads) — measures which of our ads lead to signups, using an anonymous click identifier and a hashed email.

Each processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We don’t sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Until MyFitnessApp launches and the waitlist is retired, or until you ask us to delete your entry — whichever comes first. Unsubscribing stops emails immediately; deletion removes your entry from our records.

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time — one email to support@myfitnessapp.app does it. Every email we send also includes a one-click unsubscribe.

The Site and waitlist are not directed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

If our data practices change (for example, adding analytics for ad campaigns), we’ll update this policy and the date above before the change takes effect.
